Clinic Policies
Accepting New Patient into our practice
To become a new patient, all patients must book an appointment for a Meet and Greet with a Physician to go over medical history. Please keep in mind that not all patients will be accepted. It is up to the Physicians discretion on accepting new patients into their practice.
NOTE: If you currently have a family doctor in the clinic, we don’t generally transfer patients among the physicians working in our clinic.
Appointments
Can be booked online, in person, or over the phone. If you are not a family patient of our clinic, you can utilize our walk-in system that is available during clinic hours.
Same Day Appointments
Please keep in mind if you have a family doctor in our clinic, we will do our best to try and get you an appointment with your physician. If we are unable to book you with your family doctor than we will try and book an appointment with another doctor in our clinic under a walk-in appointment.
No-Show or Late Cancellations
We do understand that emergencies do happen. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible.
Note: CarePoint Medical requires a minimum of 24-Hour notice of Cancellation of an appointment. Patients who don’t provide prior Cancellation notice are subject to a No-Show fee on their next visit.
Walk- In Appointment
We accept walk-in patients daily during clinic hours. Please keep in mind that patients who have appointments will be seen first. Due to high traffic volumes we may stop taking walk-in patients 1 hour prior to closing time if we have reached capacity.
